* does the login succeed? eg. does it say that you're logged in after logging
in? On the most restrictive, it comes back with the permission denied
message as soon as I get to the first page without logging in.
Did the login succeed? Eg. Does the page read something like "Logged
in as: admin"? Does the Login link change to "Log Out"?
If it doesn't, check that your browser is accepting cookies.
