To make it clear: If I ever convince my boss to distribute our modifications of dokuwiki in the wild world, it's likely to be a bit tricky because dokuwiki is GPLv2, and our mods are GPLv3. So, if dokuwiki can be released in "GPL v2 or newer", it can save me some trouble.
