Agreed.

To make it clear: If I ever convince my boss to distribute our
modifications of dokuwiki in the wild world, it's likely to be a bit
tricky because dokuwiki is GPLv2, and our mods are GPLv3.

So, if dokuwiki can be released in "GPL v2 or newer", it can save me
some trouble. On the other hand, if dokuwiki is distributed in "GPL
v2" *on purpose*, no problem, I can live with that :-)
