I don't know of any such book, and it doesn't look like anybody else have
responded with any other tips either. I learned from the help files, more or
less. I wouldn't say I know the system "in DEEEEEP depth" (like Ciaran or
Jason) :-) but you can go pretty far with the online help documentation.
