It is now made with BDS 4.0 and uses more modern, hopefully safer and more
secure, libraries.
Signing it only adds about 4K but helps to keep Vista happy.

I noticed the size of the DelphiZip.dll has gone from 180K last year to 245K
this year. I'm just wondering what caused the size increase -- the changes
seem to be minor bugfixes mainly. Does the code-signing add all that extra
stuff?
