Almost forgot .
I had to restore the properties for min dll versions as their removal caused
problems opening old projects (missing properties).
the problem (I think) is I did not specify defaults in the property
statements (if I remember correctly, it would not let me use the defined
values).
Changing the events FileSize to cardinal caused enough problems as it was
(maybe I should have just cast it to cardinal in the actual event handlers -
but it is unsigned in the Dlls!)
