It only means that the dlls must be findable They can be (normally are) in the windows\system32 or the same directory as the application. They can also be in some other place provided you set their position in DllDirectory. I will have to check but it may be possible to convince Delphi to link the resource script and compile the resdlls.res itself. You could also try the tool in the tools\ResDll\MakeDllRes to compile the file with the Delphi 2005 resource compiler (assuming they still supply one). - Russell Peters -----Original Message----- From: delphizip-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:delphizip-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Tommy Mikkelsen Sent: Tuesday, 4 January 2005 9:25 AM To: delphizip@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [delphizip] Re: Delphi 2005 Just removed it, and could now build. What impact would this have ??? >>> russellpeters@xxxxxxxxxxx 03-01-2005 21:34:32 >>> Does it compile ok if you don't link ResDlls.res? (just comment out the line) Maybe they have made some changes to linking resources. - Russell Peters -----Original Message----- From: delphizip-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:delphizip-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Tommy Mikkelsen Sent: Tuesday, 4 January 2005 3:23 AM To: delphizip@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [delphizip] Delphi 2005 Hi ZipMaster Folks. Just tried to install the newest version under Delphi 2005, but with no success :-( When building the file runtime, the compiler errors off with the message: [RC Fatal Error] ResDlls.res(1): Input and output file names are the same. Anybody got any ideas ????
