Go to Start Menu, and type "open with" in the
search box. "Make a file type always open in a
specific program" should be the first search result.

I've installed foobar. Looks fine so far.
I can't find a way to make it the default however. I have to put a
file into it. Otherwise windows Media Player plays the tune.
Foobar does allow cd drive to default to it though.
