Go to preferences control+p then arrow down the treeview until you hear shell
integration then tab to file associations. Smile.

I've installed foobar. Looks fine so far.
I can't find a way to make it the default however. I have to put a file into
it. Otherwise windows Media Player plays the tune.
Foobar does allow cd drive to default to it though.
