I run on windows xp, and I'm using edirol ua 1000 10 in 10 out audio
interface. Also I use latest caketalking with sonar 3.
Jaws has another dedicated soundcard so it doesn't conflict with main audio
interface.
I also set the all the xp settings according to the caketalking manual.
When I use cakewalk I barely run background services. I kill most of them in
administration service manager in winxp.
Also, I tried longer latency, but didn't not solve the problem. My sound
card is pretty high end, so sonar put almost no latency when it check wave
profile anyways. Like I said, it mostly happens in bus effects dialog, so I
assume caketalking conflicts with that.
