Phil replied: correct. It doesn't ship with the download version as you
already have the full version of Dimension Pro in your Sonar 8 box. note:
the download of Sonar 8.5 is only available to registered Sonar 8 users.
Meaning that, if you purchase an upgrade from say Sonar 7.2 then, you will
get a full Sonar 8.5 retail box which, contains a full Sonar 8.5 installer,
Beatscape and 2GB or so of REX content, Dimension Pro and the additional
Dimension Pro packs on the Sonar 8.5 content DVD. In other words, the only
difference between a Sonar 8 retail box and a Sonar 8.5 retail box is the
Sonar 8.5 installer.

What's interesting about that is that the version of DimNSion it ships
with is the same one that Sonar Version 8.0 came with, and that was
updated immediately after installing it to either 1.103 or 1.13,
anyway, there was definitely an update, procedure I went through so
will not be re-installing it this go-round.
