[ddots-l] midi controler

hi all. i'm considering parting with my motif xs and completely changing to
soft synths. However i'm not sure if it's the right thing to do. Is there
good midi controlers out there? i read on this list that midi controlers in
general feel cheep and don't always work well. Some advice would be greatly
appreciated.
