Dennis, Have you tried using Boost 11 Compression in your output bus? Like Chris, I export to MP3 or Wave and then use Nero to burn. Then I tell Nero to Normalize. But in general, the output needs to be pretty hot in Sonar to get a CD with a commercial-level volume. Play around, make a few coasters and you'll finally get where you want to be. But I'll try to remedy that situation. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dennis Madsen" <tandem@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <ddots-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, August 08, 2011 13:19 Subject: [ddots-l] SV: Re: Low level when burning to CD Hi Chris! Thank you for the information. I will raise the level. Have been in the inspector. Have seen that there is a main level indicator. You can choose minus 12, minus 24 to 36 db. What does that refer too? I've never tried Sonar's burn feature. I usually export to 16-bit 44.1K stereo wav, and then burn in Sound Forge, Nero Burning Rom or similar. Chris PLEASE READ THIS FOOTER AT LEAST ONCE!
