[ddots-l] Reordering Tracks

Hello:

I don't know if this is a bug or operator error. According to the
CakeTalking tutorials, we can reorder up to 30 tracks by pressing ctrl+D and
then choosing "Reorder tracks" from the subsequent list box.  However, when
I press that key combo, "Reorder tracks" is not one of the choices.

Can someone tell me what I'm missing??
