No sir, I've never used the pattern thing in Real Guitar. I use it in either
strum or pick mode mostly.

Thanks a million Brian,

That's exactly the info I was looking for.  Although, I still think I'm
gonna write up a batch processing document outlining the
parameter/controller correspondence along with the settings values for each
parm.  I can see huge possibilities for event editting such as switching
performance modes on the fly etcetera in recorded sequences.

One last question oh wise one, Have you used the Pattern Manager, or any
other means to access the pattern library with any degree of success?  I ask
because the library is an additional $80 or so, and I'm not sure if its
worth getting.
