yeh, i mean i agree that going up in arms and having a rant to them isnt gunna fix anything, there is such a thing called tact, but the way it is now they dont seem to want to know anything about it and seem to feel that they dont need to fix it up for us. Maybe if we could get intouch with someone higher up and put a few names towards it, anyone thats interested in getting involved, rather than jst one person at a time emailing support techies whos job is to reply to emails and who probably dont give them a second thought, let alone converse among with each other about it.
