well i dont know about american law, but im sure there has to be some sort of antidiscrimination law that is in violation. may be worth some research

I wonder...if we really dig deep into issues like this...whether companies like this are violating the ADA, especially by not even being willing to thoroughly address these issues with us and being brief with their responses.

We need to write to native instruments or something. lol I'd hate to let this go unaddressed, especially with the great sounds they have to offer with their softsynths. lol I know I know, mostly wishful thinking as far as getting through to them anytime soon.
