You have to go in to the file menu,
there you have to select new and press enter, than you have to shift tab 4
times, there you are going to find a list with your templates.Use cursor up and
down to select one that you need, than tab 4 times to the edit field, there you
have to tipe the name for your project, than tab to ok and press enter. That's
it.

  Best regards,

  Hi,

The name of the template is AAA.midiExternalSynth16track.cwt.
Where you start with 16 midi track. start from there. insert the Cake Walk
TTs soft synth to get sound per example.
Also, you can choose Dimension Pro, or any other soft synth.

You control the soft synths using a piano keyboard like your Yamaha
P70, check if appears on midi tracks input's.

If you insert the Cake walk tts soft synth, You just need to go to ietch
Patch midi track and change the instruments.

If what you want is to use a specific midi arranger or piano keyboard as the
instruments source that's another subject, another way to do!

    Rui,

Are there external soft synths in sonar?
where can I find them and so, you have to play on the keyboard so it's
neccesary to connect a pianokeyboard of not?

    regards
    Johan

    Hi Johan,

Perhaps try starting with a AAA 16 external softh synth template!

Regarding the demo you asked, i dont have it , we usually use youtube (live
performances videos(, plus FaceBook etc...
The covers band is called "Lusoband".

    best regards,
    Rui Vilarinho
