Dave is right, you can't have IE64 on a 32bit OS. If you're running xp, I'm most certainly sure you're using a 32bit version, so therefore, you're using IE32bit! So any time you click on "Internet Explorer," you are in esense running the 32bit version, when you click the one with (64bit) in the title, then obviously you are running 64bit IE. The reason for this is that many plugIns that work under 32bit IE are not available or might not work at all under 64bit IE, so Microsoft included them both. IE64 runs much faster than 32bit counterpart IMO. There are plugs like flash and such which are in beta development, but which are still useful... You don't have and can't use IE64 in a 32bit OS... I'm pretty sure you can't independently decide to run a 32-bit IE on a 64-bit Operating System. Let's see what the masses say.
