used on that tune, "do You Believe in Life After Love," by Cher? (sp)

James, auto tune is a pitch corrector plugin. There is an effect I was
looking for for ages, and it was being done by the auto tune. Gord and
others took a shot at it and it was not so. And Jeff finally decided
that it was a pitch corrector, and it happen to be exactly the auto tune
software that was used to do that. It almost sounds like a vocoder
effect, if you know what that is. Now, I am looking in to buying one.
