[dd251] RSA proposed revisions to DD251:2000

The news letter has the RSA proposed revisions to DD251:2000
The proposed definition for a Residential occupancies is:
Residential occupancies for multiple occupation, include apartments,
residential homes, HMOs, blocks of flats, boarding houses, aged persons
homes, residential rehabilitation accommodation and dormitories. [No change]
Note. Special consideration should be given to additional design aspects for
protection of large facilities, such as blocks of flats of more than 4
stories in height
I do hope forum members will take a look at the RSA proposed changes to
DD251 and hopefully comment on the forum with support or suggestion
