Heidi,
Here is the revised contract. I met with Amanda and MacKenzie on Wednesday to
hammer out some of the details after the scheduling meetings have been
completed. I went through and made the corrections you asked for. We still
feel it is necessary to have a 3rd paid coach on deck during the 9-12 session.
Additionally a 3rd coach would allow for greater flexibility during the CSU
Camps at the start of the season rather than using the FAST coaching staff for
coverage. It’s going to allow for greater consistency over the course of the
summer.

Keep in mind that FAST does not make any money off this and after
administrative cost(website) every dime goes to your coaches. If the final
amount is still something that will not work we can continue to make some
changes to the hours.
Additionally we discussed some application options and an inservice for the
Junior coaches. This would allow the Coaches some time to work with and train
them before the start of the season.
