Lisa I've reviewed the document and made the changes in the volunteer
section (in bold red) based on the spreadsheet I calculated (attached). I
changed things to assume a 3-hour meet. Even if we end up changing to a 4
hour meet either on my calcs and/or the parent info sheet it all goes up
proportionally - so doesn't really matter in the long run... But, please
give it a second pair of eyes to make sure I didn't miss something.

Not sure if we've pinned down exact office hours....I will check.

Aside from that it all looks good.

Can you all take a look at this and give me your feedback? A couple things
to note:
1. Do I list the coaches' office hours somewhere?
2. The volunteer section needs help. Heidi, when I opened your volunteer
hour estimate, it only opened an old file showing how many volunteers are
needed for each position. Can you resend that to me so I can include the
correct hours per position? And did we decide 4 hours / swimmer for
volunteering?
