In a trash can, yes, not in my barrel with yard cuttings. People have left it
several times and that is rude. The plastic and poop belongs in garbage, not
with leaves, twigs and grass.

Today while walking my dog I saw yet another bag, blue this time, full of dog

I was riding my bicycle, but was still able to pick up after her and TAKE THE

I don't understand why those of you/us think it's OK to leave the bag in the
street to get squashed by a car and spread all over the street.
PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG
AND TAKE THE BAG WITH YOU
AND THROW IT IN A TRASH CAN.
