[CTS] Re: Release note typo

It really says 256 bits, not 256 colors? 640x480 is standard VGA and I have
never seen 256 bits but have seen 16, 64 and 256 colors besides higher
colors as the memory went up. Not sure if 256 bit depth is actually possible
at 640x480 but then I'm not an electronics engineer that designs video cards
(although I play one on TV)
