Today's me birthday! :-) Russ has one coming up I do believe! How am I
going to celebrate you ask? I'm going to attempt to make me some Pork
Adobo! :-) I really should already know how to do this, but never paid
any attention to when the ex was cooking it! <shrug> I think the
hardest part is cutting the meat! :-)
