Well, after you find your messages, get another email client! <grin> :-) I think Jackie is still using that program so she probably is the one to ask, but most clients have a message/data folder where all the messages are located, just need to find it and copy the contents over to the new installation. Sounds simple enough, but some programs don't make it "that" easy! :-( With Becky (my email client) the mailbox is located on another drive, so if I have to do a clean install of Windows, all I have to do is point the new install to that folder, and all the messages are restored, along with the plug-ins and serial number so it's painless to re-install. :-) Of course it doesn't have all the "foo-foo" stuff like smileys and all, but it's a great program! :-) On Sun, 4 Mar 2007 13:40:38 -0500, "pam" <pjbundy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> took time to say the following: > A few days ago I purchased the serial number for incredimail.
