I'm laughing so hard I have tears running down my face. I can just visualize
it all!!! Thanks for the facts Joe. . . . You have to be the life of the party
and by the way I'm not as young as you might imagine .. in mind only.

Not so ! The bird was native to N. America and wasn't named until it was
nearly extinct.
I remember the last one I saw.......... I was deer hunting and wandered out
into an area ravaged by forest fire. I spotted the bird circling just overhead
and watched as the circles got smaller and smaller.Finally, the circle closed
in and I watched as the bird flew up it's own butt and disappeared. I stood
there, entranced by what I had just witnessed, when suddenly I heard a sound.
As the bird disappeared he uttered.......
Ki........Ki......... riced........ it's dark in here !!!! I knew immediately
where the bird go it's name.
