[cad-linux-dev] Re: viewports

I've been asking(from a number of different projects) for this for a while.
i always tried to describe it as having multipule coordinate systems/axis.
just as you can segregate geometry by layer, by also segregating geometry that
belongs to a given "view" you add a number of different functionalities.
