Which ones should be checked? I had a hard time figuring out which ones needed
to be checked and which ones did not need to be checked.

I noticed it was sometimes very hard to tell which boxes belonged with which
keys. I highly doubt the autotune setting would make a difference, as I have
it turned on, and the RC commands work for me.

As far as I’m aware, the only change you need to make is indeed to set
those RC keystrokes and switch to RC4 mode in IYP.
