The only command I can consistently get to work is Get ATIS. Saying Contact
Clearance Delivery does nothing, RC4 stays on the ATIS frequency, which I might
try to switch off auto tuning in RC4 and see what happens.

As far as I’m aware, the only change you need to make is indeed to set those
RC keystrokes and switch to RC4 mode in IYP.
