One thought, have you made sure the right ctrl+shift checkboxes are checked? I
noticed it was sometimes very hard to tell which boxes belonged with which
keys. I highly doubt the autotune setting would make a difference, as I have it
turned on, and the RC commands work for me.

As far as I’m aware, the only change you need to make is indeed to set those
RC keystrokes and switch to RC4 mode in IYP.
