PSN is up, but the PSN store isn't. Keep an eye out for store coming back as 
we'll be getting some time-limited free content. not sure if you'll be 
interested as it will contain things like LittleBigPlanet and wipeout HD, but 
hey you'll have the option to download if you wish lol

      If the fatality is done it doesn't need to be unlocked in the cript.  
There are three extra fatalities that are Scorpion, Sub-zero and reptiles which 
are pre-order ones.  They come with the classic costumes.  The online pass 
comes with any new game bought.

It sucks that PSN is offline. I finally tried to get my classic
Scorpion today, and I can not do it. Oh, I noticed that you need a pass
to play online, how much do these cost? Do preordered customers get a
pass?

On the character select screen press the start button on the
character 

and then select from the two or three costumes that way.
