I don't think it's an audo responder, because when I send emails to hw, I get the reply back a few days later. If it was an auto responder, I would get the replies back just a few seconds after I sent the message. True, I do get the audo generated email that says my email was received and a case has been open and it gives me my case number, but the actual reply comes days later, so I think it's a person, not a computer replying. Also, there have been a few times when I have emailed hw about something and then they emailed me back there answer and I had more questions so I emailed them back and they replied again and that went back and forth a few times. It was like a real conversation thread. I don't think an audo responder could do that.

Look guys, it's pointless to bother with this. Without exception
you will always get this type of reply.
the reason is simple, they're using an auto-responder. The ONLY
way to get any form of personalized response is to send your
message to a specific person.
and even then it's more likely that you'll get little more than a
polite response with similar content because that's just company
policy. And would you be satisfied if they made some sort of
promisse and then discovered they couldn't deliver? Think about
it.

Shalom,

Hello,
I am not surprised. I asked them a few things but always got
this answer back or just rubbish on to my question.

Hi list. I know I have not been active for a few weeks but I
recently sent an email to Humanware suggesting they make voice
chat possible. The response I got was the clasic I will pass
your suggestion on to our product development team. I was
shocked at the response! what do you think about it? If you want
the full email and reply please email me off list at

Sincerely Michael Chopra. I use a bn apex 32 running ks 9.3.1.
