Do you know what? I email them. I get a respond from someone but when I reply the reply goes to support at humanware.com but with the persons name front of the hw support address. I don't know why though.

Without exception you will always get this type of reply. the reason is simple, they're using an auto-responder. The ONLY way to get any form of personalized response is to send your message to a specific person. and even then it's more likely that you'll get little more than a polite response with similar content because that's just company policy. And would you be satisfied if they made some sort of promisse and then discovered they couldn't deliver? Think about it.
