Oh no they reply and answer my questions after
that. I asked from them the 9.30 downgrade file. They replied and I replied again. They replied with my answer in it but I did point this out because it is interesting.

It does this because you should not reply to tech support mailing
addresses. You may send them one email, but what you get back, is your
only answer.

Do you know what? I email them. I get a respond from someone but
when I reply the reply goes to support at humanware.com but with
the persons name front of the hw support address. I don't know
why though.

Look guys, it's pointless to bother with this. Without exception
you will always get this type of reply.
the reason is simple, they're using an auto-responder. The ONLY
way to get any form of personalized response is to send your
message to a specific person.
and even then it's more likely that you'll get little more than a
polite response with similar content because that's just company
policy. And would you be satisfied if they made some sort of
promisse and then discovered they couldn't deliver? Think about
it.

Hello,
I am not surprised. I asked them a few things but always got
this answer back or just rubbish on to my question.

Hi list. I know I have not been active for a few weeks but I
recently sent an email to Humanware suggesting they make voice
chat possible. The response I got was the clasic I will pass
your suggestion on to our product development team. I was
shocked at the response! what do you think about it? If you want
the full email and reply please email me off list at

Sincerely Michael Chopra. I use a bn apex 32 running ks 9.3.1.
