I assume you still have ks9.0 or 9.1? If so, then the license file will be 
emailed to the address Humanware has registered to the Apex’s serial number. 
The only way to change this is to contact the original owner and have them ask 
Humanware to change it. You can also call Humanware directly and explain the 
situation - they might be willing to change it for you, but no promises. It’s 
worth a try, though, if you cannot get in touch with the Apex’s original owner.
