Hi,
Could someone verify that it is clipboard overflow issue? The fix that comes
to my mind is deleting the clipboard file. And if someone has an answer,
please write both to this list and to the sender below. Thank you.

I am having issues with my block commands on my apex. I got the upgrade to
9.3.1 and i thought it'd fix the issue, but it hasn't. This braille note
belonged to someone before me and I think they mst've done something wrong.
When I insert both top and bottom block markers, then try to append or coppy
to the clipboard, it just says, "The operation completed successfully."
with an error beep. When I paste the clipboard, this is what comes out.
I'm pressing Space with B, then P right now. Here is what is pasted:
