Subject: [BNU] Re: having trouble upgrading

Hi,
I'm so bad as I haven't upgraded my Apex yet and have been worried this would happen so never did. I was living in PA when I got my Apex, given to me by my counselor at BBVS. No transfer of ownership or anything like that was done, but they let me keep it. Now that I want to upgrade, I went to the site and entered my email address and serial number. Then, I got this message back where I should be getting an email from HW. Is this normal or does anyone have any ideas what I can do to get the
upgrade finally?
Lisa
