Hi,Before that, try reconnecting to the network (turn off Wi-Fi, then reconnect). That should solve the problem for a time. From what I've seen, this has nothing to do with databases or corrupt files - this has to do with connections. In this case, factory reset may not help.

Then, if that does not work, send to humanware. ----- Original Message ----- From: peter greco <peterg@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx To: braillenote@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Date sent: Fri, 22 Feb 2013 14:41:10 +1030 Subject: [BNU] Re: further error messages Cricket, I appreciate your information, however, these error messages actually occur whilst downloading emails, and yes I do check connections whenever I change. So, any further thoughts regarding what one might be able to do would be fabulous? Don't send annonymous msgs. It freaks people out. And... Your email thing is most likely not set up properly. Read the email chapter in the user guide. Also, make sure you are connected to the network and reconnect every time you change location. ----- Original Message ----- From: peter greco <peterg@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx To: carlos.lopez.1209@xxxxxxxxx,braillenote@xxxxxxxxxxxxx,megatronjam es@xxxxxxxxx Date sent: Thu, 21 Feb 2013 01:22:46 -0800 (PST) Subject: [BNU] further error messages I'm or at least my Apex is really not downloading emails at all. No cleaning solutions should be used. The manual says to send your BN back about every 12 months to have HW clean the display properly.
