Have you asked Google if your particular email provider has these problems on 
other devices? Maybe it's something with your ISP, not necessarily the bn 
itself. Has this happened ever since you started using the new ISP, or after a 
keysoft update, or after any other event you can think of? Do other devices do 
this, or only the bn?
