[BNU] Re: broaken enter key and can not send my unit in, please help!

Try a local shop before anything else. These devices are not at all mainstream, 
but some components, including the keyboard, are very standard. See if a 
friendly computer tech at a repair shop, or even a big chain like Best Buy or 
Radio Shack, can't set this right in with little trouble.
