Hi,

What do these signs look like? You may want to try to reset the Braillenote, or perhaps try exercising the braille display. When exercising the braille display, flip the Braillenote over up-side-down for about 5 minutes.

To exercise the braille display,
1. Go to the options menu, by pressing space with h.
2. Press space with i.
3. Press x.

Hope I have helped,
Paul

Subject: [BNU] braille display

Hello all,

I have a student at school who is using a BrailleNote Apex BT 18 running Keysoft 9.3. Quite frequently unwanted braille symbols appear in the last two cells on the right end of her braille display. Can someone explain why this is happening, and is there a way to get rid of them. It makes it hard
for her to read documents.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Donna
