Download the evasi0n software for the PC. All you have to do is plug in the phone when the program comes up and hit jflbreak. After a while, unlock your phone and tap the jailbreak icon on one of your homescreens. It will finish the jailbreak after about 3 mins and you'll be ready to go. By the way, when I said wait a while before hitting the jailbreak icon, I think that is like 5-7 mins. Good luck!

Hi,
Of course - you need a pC to jailbreak. The exploit that jailbreak devs used on those sites will not work since Apple patched the very
holes in the past. Jailbreaking requires that you install custom
firmware, but you need PC tools to do it for you automatically or get
instructions from.
Speaking of Windows oS versions: just because Apex runs a "variant" of Windows does not mean it can install all Windows software. What really
dictates compatibility of an executable are two things: overall
Windows version and processor in use. I expect jailbreak tools to be
written for X86-based PC's and certaintly not for Windows CE.
as for hwz file: in order for an hwz file to install to flash disk, the "zip" file needs to have a folder called "flash disk," otherwise
it'll go to RAM disk (keysoft system disk).
Hope this helps (and can we keep this thread on the list?).
Cheers,
Joseph

Hi. I am trying to jailbreak my iPhone 4s. This requires a
computer in most cases, but I found a site called
JailbreakMe.com. Have any of you heard of it? I found it by
searching google. It is a website that does web based jailbreaks.
There is no computer required. The jailbreak can be done with
just the iPhone's web browser. I have been looking for a site
like this for ever! The only problem is that it is very outdated.
It only works for iOS 4 and lower. I have 6.11 and can not
downgrade without a computer. I have spent hrs on google and can
not find a site like JailbreakMe.com but that has more uptodate
jailbreaks. If you know of such a website or another way I can
jailbreak my phone without the use of a computer, please! please!
Please let me know. I have no computer and I am dying to
jailbreak. Nobody who I know who has a computer will do it for me
so my only option is to do it myself. I know that the Apex uses
windows underneath keysoft. I downloaded the windows version of
the jailbreak software. It was a zip file. I renamed the file
extension to .hwp and put it in the none folder of the flash disk and reset the apex. When it restarted and asked me if I wanted to do the install, I said yes. It told me installation failed. So I
tried it all over again, but this time, I renamed it to .hwz
instead of .hwp. This time it installed, but when I went to the
main menu and pressed x to get to the list of keysoft extensions, it was not there. So I went in to the file manager and looked for a new folder on the flash disk. There was not one. Normally when I install the oxford dictionary or nemeth tutorial, it adds a new
folder to the flash disk. So I checked the ram disk to see how
full it was. It normally has about 28 mb, but it only had 15 mb
after I installed the jailbreak software. So I think it installed
to the ram disk instead of to the flash disk like it normally
would. I tried looking on the ram disk for a folder with the same
name as the file I installed, but I could not find one. Please
help me get my phone jailbroken. Nobody that I know will help me
and I have no access to a computer I can use myself. Thank you.
