Maybe it's because you pressed backspace with c on the root of your sd card and deleted the whole root and all your other files and folders are under root. Maybe that's why everything got deleted. That has always been the case. When you delete a folder on the bn, every subfolder of that folder is deleted as well. Next time, instead of pressing backspace with c on the root, go into the none- root folder, mark all the files, then do your backspace with c from there. You can not get the missing data back unless you had it backed up somewhere else unless you maybe put the card in a pc and try a data recovery program, but I do not know anything about them because I have never had to use them and that is getting off topic for this list anyhow.

Subject: [BNU] Urgent Help!!

Hi all,

I had a daisy book on the root of my SD card. When I pressed
Backspace with dots 1-4 to delete it, KeySoft asked, "Delete
folder, and all contained files and folders. Sure?" I pressed y
for yes. As a result of this, everything in my sd card was
deleted! Everything!! My sd card is completely empty.

Why on earth did this happen and is there any way at all I can
recover everything I had???? Like I said, everything was deleted.
There's nothing on my sd card.

Thank you!!

Carlos
