When you say it is not booting up, Do you get the starting key soft message on
the display following spinning dot or what? If so, what happens after a few
minutes of this.

BrailleNote Touch. The one unit they got me was pretty new, really enjoyed
using it, and all the sudden it’s not booting up. I have not tampered with
internal SD card or anything, but the unit is stuck while booting up. It’s
more problematic for me because this is not my device either.
Any solutions, help, or workarounds at this point would help.
