I'd get one of the elimpus moddles. They record in mp3 which do much better. Think you can find them on either ebay or amazon or go to the elimpus site directly. 99.99 percent of the menus are spoken in these recorders, and i think that might be best. ----- Original Message ----- From: Jessica Brown To: helga.schreiber26@xxxxxxxxx Cc: BrailleNote Users List Sent: Tuesday, January 06, 2015 9:48 AM Subject: [BNU] Re: Recording College Classes with the BrailleNote Apex! The bn only records in wave so even if you turn the quality all the way down you're files would be huge and you would run out of space. You should get a recorder that can record a smaller file like MP3. On Jan 6, 2015, at 6:13 AM, Helga Schreiber <helga.schreiber26@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: Hi everyone! How are you all? Happy New Year All! I just wanted to ask you, is it possible to record College classes with the BN? If so, how do I do that? I'm just wondering since my class starts this Thursday. In fact, I don't know how much memory my BN has, and I'm actually going to be recording a lot of classes! Actually, someone suggested me to lower the quality of the recording, and to record in an SD card so that i cn rduce the file size, but I really don't know how to do that. I will really appreciate it a lot, if you can help me with this! I actually have skype! Hope to hear form you soon. Thanks so much and God bless!
