Forow is the symbol in keychat that means that the person you're talking to said something. Foro means you said something. Here's an example:

If you say, "hi", it will come out as, "Foro Hi." If the person replies was saying hi, it will come out as, "Forow hi."

Hi,

First, congrats on the new Apex!!

Second, no, I don't think you can change it. In the time I've
used keychat, I've always seen forow and I don't think it can be
changed.

Hi,

So I just got the new Apex. Feels odd using a display again. I
have some questions though
In keychat, the sign looks like this: forow
is there a way to change it?
Also, through are two chords that I do not know what they are.

O is a usb chord with a sort of box shaped on the other end, and
the other is a chord in a bag.
