The complete serial number text is 650320NNNNNN where NNNNNN is the last six
digits of the serial number you got on the below email message.

But apparently not as when I got to the site above and entered the serial
number in the email, this is what I got. I understand the meaning of the
error, but I thought what was called the serial number in the email and that
I had was all of it. Do you guys know how I can obtain this from the unit
itself? Thanks.
