Thanks for your help and or suggestions. I thought I was getting
somewhere when I got this email from HW
HumanWare Licenses Web Site: device registration confirmation
This email confirms that the device serial number 002328 has been
registered to you.
You can now login to the HumanWare license web site at
http://license.humanware.com
to obtain licenses for this device. You will need to enter your
device serial number and your current email address.
Thank you.

But apparently not as when I got to the site above and entered the
serial number in the email, this is what I got. I understand the meaning
of the error, but I thought what was called the serial number in the
email and that I had was all of it. Do you guys know how I can obtain
this from the unit itself? Thanks.
